Genetelli, was previously with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) for 20 years, having served as partner for 10 of those years.  Richard was at the forefront of the state and local tax practice at Coopers & Lybrand, having served as the national and regional leader, before leaving to form Genetelli in 1991.  Each of the Firm’s tax professionals has more than two decades of concentrated experience in the state and local tax area.
